Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Cancellations by the Organization
If Anorexics & Bulimics Anonymous cancels an event, we will offer a full refund or a transfer option to a future event (if available).
 
Contributions
Contributions are generally non-refundable. If you believe a contribution was made in error (for example, duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your request.
 
Event Registrations
Events offered by Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous have their own refund policy for each event.  If we cancel an event, registrants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future event (if offered).
 
Book Sales
Mini books (as opposed to full-sized books which are printed on demand) may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

  • You include proof of purchase

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
     

Print on demand books are not refundable.
Third party sites are subject to the return policy of the third-party distributor.
Digital book purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where required by law.
 
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email gsaoffice@aba12steps.org with: your name, order or registration details, the date of purchase, and the reason for the request.
