Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous Textbook
This foundational text shares the lived experience of ABA’s Fellowship and the recovery path that has helped members around the world find freedom from anorexia and bulimia.
Grounded in the Twelve Step approach and illustrated with personal stories, it outlines the tools, principles, and practical steps that have led many from despair to sustained recovery.

Holiday ABAthon
During a season that can be especially challenging for those with eating disorders, this global online gathering provides steady connection, support, and shared recovery throughout the day. Held on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1, the Holiday ABAthon offers meetings every odd hour, with fellowship in between.
Meetings & Fellowship
Find ABA meetings around the world and connect with others walking a similar path. In-person and online gatherings offer space for honesty, support, and shared recovery. Each one has its own rhythm and perspective, and sometimes a fresh perspective can open the door in a new way.


Peaceful Easy Feeling Meeting
If you are looking to try something new, this meeting is held online via Zoom and is open to members anywhere in the world. Whether you are brand new or simply exploring different groups, this meeting offers an opportunity to listen, participate, and experience ABA in action.
Make a Contribution
ABA is supported entirely by voluntary financial contributions from members. Your support helps sustain meetings, literature, events, and the ongoing work of carrying the message. Contributions of any size are meaningful and appreciated.
We follow the Seventh Tradition, which states that we are fully self-supporting and decline outside contributions. We gratefully accept contributions from registered ABA groups, meetings, and individual ABA members.
All contributions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). International contributors may use the currency converter to determine the correct amount before submitting.
Contribution Limits:
Annual maximum per individual: $5,000 CAD
Estate planning or memorial contribution maximum: $10,000 CAD
