After an eating-disorder referral, did you know what was happening, what the service was waiting for, and who was responsible?
Untangle Care Bridge is inviting adults aged 18 or over who experienced an eating-disorder referral personally, or supported a family member, partner, friend or unpaid carer through one, to complete a short anonymous survey. It takes about three minutes and focuses on the period after the service received the referral and before the first clinical assessment.
This is an independent, founder-led service-design consultation by Untangle Care Bridge. It is not university-sponsored academic or clinical research and has not undergone IRB or research-ethics review. Participation is voluntary, and the form does not ask for names or contact details.
